Friday, March 21, 2014 I had an emergency situation involving my 2006
Ford Freestar Van. It is equipped with a special seat that allows me to
load my disabled wife into and out of the van from or back into her
wheel chair. The door can be operated manually or electronically. I
manually did not open it completely and the seat hit the edge of the
door which caused the door to be knocked off its track. Now the door
could not be opened or closed completely making it impossible to use the
vehicle for scheduled appointments. I immediately called your Body Shop

Mr. Hammett came out into the lobby to explain what the shop technician had to do to stop the new RR tire from rubbing the wheel well. Thanks again to all of you for getting my wife's car squared away.

I have a 2003 Ford F-250 King Ranch. It is my 14th Ford truck. 5 days ago the trailer I was pulling jackknifed and made a huge dent and crease in the passenger side bed. Skin replacement was necessary. I thought a 10 year old sage green paint job would be impossible to match. Eric McKee of Geico and Terri McMakin at Fairway told me what to expect, answered every question and made me feel comfortable. Terri kept me informed and 4 days later called me to come get it. I could not have asked for a better job. The truck repair is perfect. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work, or the incredible service. Eric and Terri-ya'll "done" good.
There would be no particular reason that you would know that I took my car by to the Fairway Body Repair Center this week to repair my doors that were damaged by someone with a malicious key. As usual, Tony Whitaker was most attentive, as was Richard Naylor and the other staff there. While I have lost count, I can at least come up with seven different occasions in the past when I have gone to Tony for work on vehicles. I guess you could call me a repeat customer and while this is more than I ever wanted to do, I know that when I take it to Tony and the Body Center, the work will be done properly, the finished product will look the way it should and I will be treated with courtesy and attention. So, my purpose in writing is merely to share with you that something was done well, done right and that I appreciate the service and attention.

It was my first wreck and to top it all off it was in my husband’s car. I am so glad we let Tony at Fairway Auto Body Repair fix our car. The car looks and drives like it just rolled off the show room floorthanks to the amazing repair job. Hopefully this is the last visit but if not I would gladly use Tony and crew to fix any future accident.
I want you to know how pleased my daughter Kelly is with the collision repair work Fairway Auto Body Repair performed recently on her 2012 Escape. We returned it to her in Nashville several weeks ago, and she reports that it's as good as new. You'd never know it had been rear-ended. The repair work is first class.
