I am writing this letter to extend my sincerest appreciation for the excellent salesmanship of Steve Addington. Mr. Addington was the Sales Consultant who handled my purchase of my 2010 Edge on July 23... Steve's sales techniques go beyond belief in my opinion...He exhibited a level of professionalism that gives him an "edge" in this profession. This is a rarity in today's market. I had no intentions whatsoever of purchasing a new vehicle at this time. Mr. Addington handled himself in such a way, from the very first introduction to the end of the sale, with his no-pressure and honest sales techniques that he sealed the deal with ease. I could go into much more detail in regards to the experience from beginning to end, but that would take more than one page. I am a 'repeat' customer of Fairway Ford...I hope you will share this letter with Mr. Addington and a very well deserved 'Pat on the Back' for a job well done in a very competitive market."
I have purchased 17 various vehicles in the last 20 years. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with in North and South Carolina, Danny Holland and Jerome Bullock at Fairway Ford have been the best around and will be the only guys I ever deal with ever again. We were on I-26 for our annual round-robbing trip from Charleston, SC - Helen, GA -Huntsville, AL - St. George Island, FL when at 70 mph we lost power and coasted to the side of the road. We...found a number for your dealership now about 25 miles away. We call and Mr. Chris Zorn immediately put us at ease telling us to pull into one of the bays and leave the motor running as the check engine light was on and he would do whatever he could to get us going... I would like to express my gratitude to some folks in your friendly and outstanding service dept. While passing through South Carolina on our way back to Northern Virginia last weekend, our Ford Expedition had a flat tire on I-85 right by your exit. We pulled off the highway to change the tire, noticed the dealerships, and managed to get the vehicle to your service lane.

My wife, Donna, was purchasing the first 2013 Subaru sold in SC with help from you. We spoke on getting a Ford factory Sirius radio installed in my F-150. Two other Ford dealerships including the dealer I purchsed the truck from were completely clueless about this request. Anyhow, with your help and Marshall in Service and Rick in Parts they were able to locate the Ford Sirius kit and had it installed yesterday. It worked immediately as I turned the radio on. Thanks also to the tech, Wayne.
